These Terms of Service govern your use of the Aiguy marketplace at aiguy.co. By using Aiguy, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Aiguy is a marketplace that connects buyers (businesses seeking AI implementation help) with vetted experts (AI builders and consultants). Aiguy facilitates the connection and payment process but is not a party to the work agreement between buyers and experts.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Aiguy. By creating an account, you represent that you are authorized to enter into this agreement and that all information you provide is accurate.
Buyers are matched with experts within 48 hours of submitting a request. Projects are funded in two milestones (50% upfront, 50% on completion) held in escrow via Stripe. If you are unsatisfied with your expert, Aiguy provides a free rematch. Project scope should be agreed in writing before work begins.
Experts pay a 15% platform commission on completed projects. To remain listed, experts must maintain their vetting status and rating. Experts must deliver work per the agreed scope. Soliciting buyers off-platform within 12 months of a match is prohibited. Aiguy may remove experts for violations of these terms.
All payments are processed by Stripe and held in escrow until project milestones are completed. In the event of a dispute, Aiguy will review the project scope and deliverables and make a binding decision. Refunds are available if (a) work was not delivered per scope, or (b) the project was cancelled within 14 days of kickoff with no work delivered.
Buyers own all deliverables created for their project upon full payment. Experts retain no right to use the buyer's proprietary information after project completion.
You may not use Aiguy to circumvent platform fees, misrepresent your identity or capabilities, submit false reviews, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Aiguy is a marketplace facilitator. We are not responsible for the quality, timeliness, or outcomes of work delivered by experts. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid to Aiguy for the transaction in question.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of Aiguy after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
